Heart Attack & Stroke Quoter

This coverage pays a fixed benefit (up to $75,000) if the insured is diagnosed with a Heart Attack or Stroke after a 30‑day waiting period.

The recurrence benefit is payable if at least two years have passed since the last Heart Attack or Stroke diagnosis.

Waiting Period: The policy has a 30-day waiting period. If diagnosed within this period, no benefits are paid.

Pre-Existing Diagnoses: If the insured already had a Heart Attack or Stroke before the policy date (or during the 30-day wait), coverage for that event is excluded.

Recurrence Benefit Conditions: Must be at least 2 years from the last Heart Attack/Stroke to get any new recurrence benefit.

Exclusions: The policy only covers Heart Attack or Stroke. Conditions like balloon angioplasty, TIA, or general cardiovascular issues not caused by a Heart Attack/Stroke are excluded.

No Major Health Questionnaire: It's a limited benefit policy focusing only on Heart Attack/Stroke events after coverage starts.

Policy Form CLIHAS18 GA or CLIHASR18 GA

Coverage pays a fixed benefit upon Diagnosis of Heart Attack or Stroke, with a 30-day waiting period. Select $5,000–$75,000 in increments of $5,000.

Recurrence Benefit: Pays a percentage for subsequent Heart Attacks/Strokes after 2+ years. Max 100% total beyond the initial benefit.

Policy Termination: Ends once full benefits are paid, for non-payment of premiums, or at request of policy owner.
