Our services are intended for use by licensed insurance agents only. And only by those appointed to the carriers in which you are quoting. By using SamFire, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a licensed insurance agent in good standing
• You are appointed with the carrier and product that you are quoting
• You will use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of SamFire, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when generating quotes
• Comply with all applicable insurance regulations and laws
• Not misrepresent policy terms or coverage to clients
• Protect client personal and health information in accordance with HIPAA and other privacy laws

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on SamFire are the property of their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

SamFire provides quote generation tools for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy of quotes generated through our platform
• Final policy terms offered by insurance carriers
• Agent errors or misrepresentations to clients
• Any damages arising from use of our services

While we implement reasonable security measures to protect user data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You acknowledge the inherent security risks of providing information online.
